Sharum's Guarantee Policy


Sharum’s Garden Center strives to grow and sell the highest quality plant material. We take special care to grow quality material to give you a good start. Please care for your plants by watering, feeding, planting in appropriate soil, and in an area where they will get the proper amount of sun and/or shade. Any guaranteed item (see below) that we conclude dies within six months of purchase will be refunded at 50% of your purchase price. The refunded amount can be used towards a future purchase or a cash refund. This is a one-time guarantee; replacement items will not be warrantied.


WE DO NOT GUARANTEE

Annuals, Perennials, Hanging Baskets, Tropical Plants, Patio Containers (plants which are planted in a container or pottery), Vegetables, Dogwoods, Cherries, Spruce, Roses, Rhododendrons, or Azaleas.

Plants/shrubs/trees made using Landscapers’ or Contractors’ Discounts, promotional sale (unless otherwise stated), or clearance items.


WE DO GUARANTEE

All Trees and Shrubs (other than those listed above) at 50% of your purchase price for six months from the date of purchase. Items will be replaced ONLY ONCE.


What happens if my tree or shrub dies?

  1. It must be totally dead.
  2. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SHARUM’S GARDEN CENTER RECEIPT! – no exceptions, no credit card statements, no “Don’t you remember me?”.
  3. Bring in a large piece of the completely dead tree or the whole shrub. Having photos also helps provide valuable information.
  4. Return to the SAME STORE at which you made the original purchase.
  5. You may then choose a replacement from current stock or receive your money back (50% of your purchase price on the item being returned). If purchased with a check, your return will be honored for up to seven business days from the purchase date.
  6. Original planting fees are NON-refundable. Applicable replacement planting fee will be charged.
